As you are probably aware by now, we have transitioned to a different management company effective Mar 31, 2008. Leland Management has been overseeing most of Vista Lakes for some time now, and Gary Vanderlann took over a position vacated by Carol Rumley several months ago. Since then, he has worked with the Board to resolve several issues that weren't getting any response prior to him taking the position. The big advantages with Leland are that they are local, and because of Gary's relationship with the Master HOA and the CDD, it will simplify the resolution of any issues that may occur.
