We have included this page to highlight some of the guidelines in the Gentry Park Homeowners Association DECLARATION OF EASEMENTS;
COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS OF GENTRY PARK which were designed to regulate the use and appearance of the exterior of the Property to:
(i) assure harmony of external design and location in relation to surrounding buildings and topography,
(ii) to protect and conserve the value and desirability of the Property as a residential community and
(iii) to protect and enhance the quality of life for the residents of Gentry Park.
Architectural Control Committee
The Board of Directors shall appoint as a standing committee an Architectural Control Committee, composed of three (3) or more persons appointed by the Board, or, in the Board's discretion, the Board from time to time may constitute itself the Architectural Control Committee....more
Satellite Dishes
The installation of satellite dishes is not permitted unless approved by the ACC and installed properly to the facia. Installation directly to the roof voids the warranty of the roof in the installation area and the owner becomes liable for any damage done. In the event that damage is done to an adjacent owners roof resulting from said installation, the owner of the satellite dish is also liable for that damage as well. If the owner applies for and receives approval to move said dish, and has the roof repaired and certified by a licensed roofer, the warranty may be reinstated at the Board's descretion...more
Exterior Plants by Homeowner
No Owner shall plant any plants that detract from the harmony of the external design and location in relation to surrounding buildings and topography. The Board of Directors, may at it's option authorize the removal of said plants...more
Insurance on Lots
All Owners shall furnish proof of insurance to the Association at the time of purchase of a Lot and shall furnish proof of renewal of such insurance on each anniversary date thereof. If an owner shall fail to provide such insurance...more
Garbage and Trash Disposal
Garbage containers shall not be set outside for more than twelve (12) hours before any scheduled pick-up and shall be returned inside that day until the next trash pickup day....more
Window Treatments
No Lot Owner may display any drapes, curtains or other window treatment which when viewed from the outside of a dwelling unit is of a color other than white or beige...more
Signs
No sign of any kind, including Lot "For Sale" signs shall be displayed to the public view within the Property except those as may be allowed upon application to and approval of the Architectural Control Committee....more
Leasing
An owner that wishes to lease their residence must follow the guidelines as set forth in the HOA Covenents. All leases shall be in writing and shall have a term of at least six months, except with the Board's prior written consent...more

Remedies for Unpaid Assessments
